Impact Imports is pleased to offer our imported and jewelry products online. We will do everything we can to get your purchases to you within 7 to 10 days. Backordered jewelry items will take an additional 7 to 10 days. Import items which are backordered will not be delivered for up to 60 days. Please remember that jewelry colors displayed on the website may be different slightly from the colors of the actual jewelry as computers and cameras cannot always portray the exact color.
The measurement of jewelry displayed on the site are for a guide only and as errors can occur, we do not accept any liability if the measurements stated are incorrect although we do our utmost to ensure the sizes are correct.
If the size of the jewelry is not what you expected, our returns policy will enable you to return it.
Our returns policy enables you to return any jewelry for whatever reason within 7 days of receiving it. This means that if the color is not to your satisfaction, you may return it.
If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it to Impact Imports within 30 days. Please email us at service@impactimportsusa.com immediately upon receipt of the product quoting your order number. If the item is still in stock, we can either send you a replacement or refund the cost of item or you may wish to choose a different item.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your imported items and jewelry. If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us within seven days of receipt in the original packaging. The item must be still sealed and in its original condition.

We're sorry, but for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Specially ordered items cannot be returned.

Delivery
Delivery times vary according to the product ordered and stock availability. We make every effort to get goods to you as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock we endeavor to send it out either the same day or the next working day. We will contact you if there is likely to be any delay with your order and you can then have the choice of either waiting for the item or canceling your order.
Unfortunately, delays can occur owing to circumstances outside of our control and therefore, we incur no liability for delays or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

We do not take responsibility for any errors in the pricing of the jewelry on our website as mistakes do occur from time to time. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and you will then be able decide if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order and any monies you have paid to us will be refunded.
